The Service Team is available:
- Monday - Thursday from 8.00 to 20.00 hours.
- Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 hours.
Please note
The Service Team is closed on Ascension Day (Thursday, May 9), Friday, May 10, and Whit Monday (Monday, May 20).
Chat with the Service Team
Sometimes it is easier or nicer to chat with us instead of calling. You start a chat conversation by clicking on the red chat button on the right side of the screen on the Dutch website. An employee of the Service Team can then help you with your questions. Our Service Team is available via chat from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 20.00 hours. And on Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 hours.
Applying for your personal case file
You can apply for your personal case file by contacting the Service Team. You may also contact your personal case officer or send us a written request.
Written request
When you send a letter, please state clearly that you apply for your personal case file, and why you want te receive your files. Include your name, adress, zip code and town, and your phone number. Send your letter to:
